- PTPamela ThorntonDec 15, 20252.0Since my local Bremer Bank switched to Old National Bank,(they were a subsidiary), the customer service for regular banking services has fallen short of the friendly services previously provided to walk-ins. I've walked into the new Old National with questions and its more like a private business office than a bank. I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes and was completely ignored. I couldnt get the answer I needed by phone when I called. I was instructed to schedule an appointment with my local branch to handle my needs. When I called the local branch, I had to leave a message and am still waiting a return call. I was with Bremer Bank for more than 20 years as a regular customer, and I purchased my home through them. I am dissappointed in what they have become.
