  Poor customer service. Poor communication. Had to close on a loan with them. They waiting till the closing time to tell me they cannot close. Tried to inquire from the manager why they waited so long and the response was that she too did not know why. They alleged their decision is based on some documents which I provided, some of the said documents where never requested hence was never provided. Unprofessional and Very unreliable. I dont mind being denied a loan - just don't wait till 4+ weeks later and loan closing time to inform me. Don't trust them if you have a time sensitive transaction.

  This has got to be the most worthless place I’ve ever had to deal with in my life constantly having issues with mobile banking and them changing the app, random verifications on my acct and a pretty dim attitude on the phone- will never use again 🤣

  Every time I go to the bank, they're super friendly, they actually know the co-owner of my account by name. I'm not available to go nearly as often, so he does most of our banking business. We both love this location and yes, the merger had some hiccups (they all do!!) But they patiently helped us understand what was happening with our accounts at the time and everything. I'm happy I opened my account here simply for the customer service we've gotten. Yall are great!!!

  Can’t call in to make payments on a loan over the phone I think they are the only bank that doesn’t do this i can make a payment with cash without an id if I verify my information but I can’t with my debit card staff is friendly that’s about the only plus

  UPDATE: They seen this review and reached out to me to help this. So when you hear they actually care, they did take the time to call me and discuss the issues I was having and reverse some courtesy fees. Was not expecting that at all. Not the best option if you haven't got a solid budget habit down yet. If you're a younger adult, it's definitely not going to help you keep track of your money when it takes up to 5 days to process transactions and show in your app. So if you don't have a record of your own spending (other than trusting an app. My last bank processed transactions when they happened where I could trust the app) then you will be paying many courtesy fees. Or on the other hand, this happening might help you learn enough discipline to start recording your spending ...depends on your perspective. It definitely helps the bank out though if you haven't figure out adult life yet lol.
