I'm not available to go nearly as often, so he does most of our banking business. We both love this location and yes, the merger had some hiccups (they all do!!) But they patiently helped us understand what was happening with our accounts at the time and everything. I'm happy I opened my account here simply for the customer service we've gotten. Yall are great!!!

Have money coming in have had a loan with this place for almost 3 years never missing payment. Because the money I have coming in is not a job they would NOT help me in anyway! Fact is the person that was helping me was rude and told me what do I expect I only had a loan for 6 months with them and now looking for another one ....I told her its been almost 3 years and she was like oh ya the merger.......THANX FOR NOTHING!!!! So happy I have paid on time so you can still LOOK DOWN ON ME!!!! Edit .,..Still waiting for the reaching out to me. EDIT 8-1-25 Bank got ahold of me worked with Tyler he went to bat for me and I got my debt consolidation loan. Changing to 5 stars had nothing to do with this branch.
