    Today I attempted to deposit green AMERICAN money into my landlords account at this branch. I was denied because they do not accept cash at this bank. A bank that does not accept cash.!? What a concept!!! I then asked if I could purchase a money order or cashiers check to turn around and then deposit right back into their bank, but no- I do not have an account with them. Nor will I ever have an account with them. A bank that doesn't accept money as a form of deposit?

    I have a business account almost 15 years and I went with my customer on insurance check on their name with their ID. They refused me to deposit the check to my account. they say that they cannot do it. I know that I did a couple times but the manager and the worker was rude. I want another Wells Fargo branch and they did instantly please avoid That people on that branch

    Worst service ever. The banker makes us waited 15 min pass our appointment time just to get herself coffee. I couldn't even open an account for my kids because I didn't have their ssn with me. No one calls me ahead of time and tells me what I need to bring. I made another appointment at a different location, and they called me a couple of minutes after I scheduled the appointment and asked me what kind of accounts I'm opening and what I needed to bring to the appointment. This Roseville location is so unprofessional.

    The lady I went had a additude the whole time. I was on the hold with wells fargo for 2 hours so then I decided to go in and talk to a banker the central location had a long wait so I just decided to go to roseville and WOW what a bad choice. They all had terrible customer service
