She was dismissive, unhelpful, and made no effort to assist me in resolving a charge to my account that I was completely unaware of. I explained that I don’t even use this account and was seeking clarification and support, especially since I had proof showing I had no access to the membership I was charged for. Rather than trying to help, she repeatedly said there was nothing she could do and that I would need to speak with a banker. When I requested to speak with one, she rolled her eyes and acted as though I was inconveniencing her. This kind of behavior is unprofessional, and quite frankly, unacceptable — especially in a setting where customers are simply seeking help to resolve financial issues. I would expect more understanding and support from a bank representative, particularly when the bank has had to cover a charge on behalf of a customer.
