- LWLeslie WNov 7, 20251.0The “virtual teller” system at this location is consistently inadequate with long wait times. In today’s visit, the staff member in the lobby finally offered to take my transaction “in back” to process. I’m still waiting almost 10 minutes later, making this a 20 minute and counting visit to deposit three checks. Ridiculous. Update: My transaction was completed properly, and Mykela was very apologetic and professional, and explained there were system issues. I have no complaints whatsoever with the human service that I received, but the virtual teller set up is really problematic in my view.

Andru explained things to me in a ways that MADE SENSE to me. And helped me every step of the way. I am so new to taking control of finances and he was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. By the end of the week I was approved and am heading in the right direction for setting up and securing my future. I will absolutely continue working not only with this CU but Andru in the future. So grateful for the seamless service to what can otherwise be a long a painful process.
