I work long shifts that don’t align with business hours and I can’t even deposit a measly $20 to keep my checking account comfortable... honestly- You people should be ashamed of yourselves for not giving a crap about your customers or updating your holiday hours on Google. It shows that you don’t care and I will be switching banks in the next business week.

I went to this branch to notarise a piece of document and was the only client in the bank. I noted 2 bankers and one of them told me that she had an appointment coming who was running late and they will be closing in an hour! I stated that the appointment wasn’t there and I could wait until she was done with the appointment. She basically didn’t even look up to speak with me. I have been banking with them since the year 2000 and to be treated like that was horrible! I plan on transferring my business elsewhere, but haven’t had time yet. My closest branch closed down and I visited this site no more than twice. Being black is still a crime
