- AKAdam KrugerDec 11, 20251.0We opened an child savings account for our infant daughter, putting money she got on her first birthday in it without expecting any fees (it's an child account for crying out loud). Check on it a few months later and it's nearly gone due to hidden fees. Brought it to their attention and they don't care. That isn't even touching on all of the other hidden fees they charge. You'll be hard pressed to find a better example of a heartless corporation than Wells Fargo Bank, not specifically Rochester.

Cross train your employees to work as tellers when needed or hire more help! In reading past reviews this problem has been going on for years. Why hasn’t this been addressed?

Also they were not even busy at all. Bad customer service I would probably never come to this Branch ever again.
