I went in to make an appointment with a banker and they told be to be there on Saturday at 1030a. When I showed up, they didn’t have me scheduled and the manager lied to my face about the teller calling me multiple times to reschedule! How would he call me when he didn’t take my information down?!? She refused to even call another branch to see if anyone was available and even told me how I could go about closing my accounts instead of trying to solve the problem! I took my business elsewhere. Please train your staff on customer service.
