  Numerous problems with customer service at this branch and at the 800 number. First, I walked to the branch, To make a deposit, I asked the person behind the counter for help filling out a Deposit slip, and they rudely said you'll have to fill that out yourself. I had an accident, and the result was a traumatic brain injury, so filling out forms with that and hand tremors, makes it difficult. I asked to speak to the branch manager, and she said she was the branch manager. Thank you for embarrassing me! Second, I received a promotion on my Wells Fargo app, and thought that sounds Good. I proceeded to take advantage of that promotion, and I was confused. So I called the 800 number and they said I would have to talk to the branch. I went to the branch, and they said I would have to talk to the 800 number. Different people by the way. After " numerous " phone calls, I was able to get my question answered, very simple answer, but it eluded the first 10 bankers I talk to, And without the rudeness. Third, and ongoing problem! Going on a trip, so I thought I would try VRBO and after finding a $2000 property I proceeded to book it. Up pops a Promotion reading that if I spent $1000 I would get a $200 statement credit and $150 one key cash rewards. I thought that sounded like a good deal so I figured I would spend the 20 or 30 minutes. It takes to get a new credit card, that was November 21. It is December 15 today, and I have literally spent 25 hours trying to get this resolved. Representatives have flat out denied to help me, the branch was unable to help. Big bank with horrible customer service!

  So I have not had a good experience at this location or the other one near downtown. I have been going to the one by Natural Grocers. I hate Wells Fargo. They are the quintessential national fee based bank with bad customer service. I like the people at the one branch but the other branches and national call center ruin it for me. I wouldn’t even use a free bank account here because they are so rude both on the phone on the 1-800 number and in person. Let alone a mortgage. Went with Veterans United for that. Look up the ratings... you don’t have to believe me. Just trying to warn you.

  Hated it. Worst service ever! Employee gave me false information over something simple online turned into them taking money out of my account and charging me. FOR NO REASON OVER BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENTS WHICH I ASKED WHERE TO GO ONLINE FOR ME TO PRINT OUT..tell me why they acted as though i asked them to mail it to me? Umm I DIDN'T!! unprofessional place this was icing to the topping I'm planning on closing my account!
