Recently went back, because they were open on a Saturday and tried to get something notarized and they said it would be a 5 minute wait. After waiting over 20 minutes, I left without the notary signature I needed. Once again, just a huge disappointment in a terrible company. Still the same BS, even though they spent a bunch of money advertising that they've changed for the better, when nothing has changed.
