- MHMatt HoffmanJan 5, 20261.0Worst bank ever! Good luck trying to close your account. I closed my Bremer bank account before Old National took over. They reopened the account and used my bill pay information to send out payments and demand I pay back the money in order to close the account. Bank teller said they closed the account, just got a letter saying overdraft over $1,000.00. The 5th time this has happened.

- MCMichael ChinnNov 27, 20251.0i am This branches POOREST account these 7 years, i get $115 a month beyond Foster care board, yet they chose someone else to give $10,000 to this month instead, Shame on them, SHAME, this branches tellers and Manager All Know i Rarely have a balance over $115 any given month, given the chance to Free me from non family guardianship, they chose someone else, i Rarely give one star reviews, of course the reply is gonna say it was a Raffle, that there was a 1% chance of my slip getting chosen from the container.

When I could not access my money for an entire weekend plus a couple days, I went into my nearest location and closed out my accounts. I also could not reach an actual human being by phone to speak with about this situation which also played into my removing myself from such a poorly run institution. Since that time, they have been contacting me via text and emails. It took me 30 minutes to finally speak to a supervisor who informed me that they stupidly processed and paid out money after I had already closed my accounts. This is not a “me” problem. Why would they pay out of zero balance closed accounts. I asked to have all communications stopped and my information removed from their system. Their answer was that corporate has to become involved to handle this. I would and will never have anything to do with this bank!!!! I would give negative stars if I could!!
