- EBErin BorgschatzNov 12, 20255.0I have been a member at First Alliance since I was 16-ish. The customer service in almost 30 years has never waned. I have provided feedback, and I feel like they are constantly improving for and keeping the every-day, average human being in mind with their decisions/services. I recently went in to get my teenage son set up for his own account and debit card in-person with no appointment needed. Our representative was so great with the process and walking my son through the set up with the kiosk and online app. It was a memorable experience: like a right of passage into financial independence and accountability with very little risk.
