Had to send another wire to the exact same recipient, went in, sent wire to same receiptent, denied due to lack of information. Took another 4 hours to go back and do it all over again expressedly making sure we send to the same person, Dakota, by accident puts the wrong info in, ends up taking 1.5 hours to fix it, then I get a call next day that it failed and I'm leading the country for 4 weeks. Doesn't make any sense, and there's 0 way to contact the banker I was with other than sitting around waiting for him to call me. Total waste of time and you can't reach anyone to help, straight to robots
