My husband has dementia, understands his situation, has many health issues that make it difficult for him to get places. If and when he has a good day, I will attempt to bring him back to the bank.

It's always the same in Richfield, they forget that they are there to help us.This is the second time I've gone to get an important document notarized and they put up so many obstacles to notarize it. and I go to another location like lyndale and 98th on Bloomington and everything is fine the same documentn.
