- BJBella JohnsonOct 23, 20251.0I had a check go into a closed account instead of processing into the new one. They said they cannot see the amount in either accounts and my employer told me the check had cleared. Old National Bank told me to have my bank process it again. Well that would be two separate payments. When you call the 800 number you can hardly understand the representative. They do not speak that great of English. I asked to speak with a manager and they said the manager/supervisor is going to tell me the same thing and th we wait time will be 10 minutes. I told them that’s fine. I waited about 3 minutes and the line hung up. I’m very upset at how they handled this and they are not taking the time to look deeper into the situation. Poor service for sure. I wish it was back to Bremer.

Then after all that time they wanted to send it up the scale and the message indicated another 15 wait. I hung up and went to the local branch and they had it resolved in less that 10 minutes. What a waste of time!
