Wells Fargo has been my bank for 30+ years and I've never had such rudeness not a fan and this location will not be one I'll be using again.
- TYTom YarussoAug 19, 20251.0I brought in a damaged US $20 note (bill) to WELLS FARGO BANK in Prior Lake, MN 55372 on Thursday Aug. 14th 2025 to replace it, WELLS FARGO BANK does that. I don't have an account, so i was rejected.I brought the money back the next day with a deposit slip to my sister's account, who has a business and personal account in WELLS FARGO and I was rejected again. Fully identifiable $20 USD Both serial numbers, the president, three 20s. The older teller did this, I asked her to call someone for assistance, she didn't. She did ask the younger teller if she wanted to do it, and of course said no. I think they didn't like my looks because I'm old and have to use a walker (rollator). I will never go back to this bank again. See my pictures. Suzette this is not a Hustle! Hear my voice.
