- DPDanielle PiphoOct 27, 20251.0I would give this bank a 0 star if I could. I’ve been a loyal customer with Bremer Bank for over 10 years. But they now changed to Old National Bank. 1. They didn’t tell me that they would transferring my HSA account. 2. They sent my new bank card not only one but twice to the wrong address which I had updated years ago. Then when I called the second time, the foreign ONB guy said they updated my address and are sending it to my new address. He also said I could continue to use my Bremer Card till I got my new card. Both were lies. My card stopped working 2 days later without any warning. 1 week later after talking to the foreign ONB guy, I call the ONB Plymouth (this location) and they tell me it was sent to my old address. So I ask the lady from this location, can you expediate this since I have no card to use now? She says “no sorry it will be 7-10 buisness days” and then hung up. No customer service or making things right when this bank was in the wrong. I will be looking into other banks. Horrible experience. I warn you, don’t go here!

I certainly will not be dealing with them more in the future! They tell me the only way to get access to my online account is to go into a branch, even though I have my ATM card/ SSN,, etc.

- JRJoshua RoseOct 30, 20195.0I called regarding my account and left a message for my banker Carrie. She was on the phone and called me back promptly. Before calling me, she reviewed my account and already had the answers to my questions so I did not have to wait. Furthermore, I asked about current credit card products for my banking needs and she knew all the products including their rewards programs and was able to explain them clearly to me. Wonderful personal banking experience and I did not have to go through any phone prompts!!! Definitely recommend!
