- DBDani BWms2 days ago5.0I was referred by a close friend of mine and signed up online. I needed to get my account numbers so I went into a location near my home. I was greeted and taken care of upon arrival, however, I needed to see a banker. I soon sat with KT. He was very helpful, professional, and friendly. He offered me selections of many ways to earn up to $450, which I took. Nevertheless, I’m glad I was referred to TruStone Financial. I’m getting everything I need and free money to add in both of my accounts. Thanks KT!!

When we stopped in, Dylan was extremely helpful and explained the different account options. We decided to wait until after our vacation to get everything set up, and when we came back, the process couldn’t have gone any better. We didn’t have to wait at all, we walked right in, sat down with Dylan, and he made sure everything came together for us. There was a little hiccup, but KT, the branch manager, quickly got that resolved. My wife already had an account with Trustone, but now with the new joint account, we feel set up for success. We really appreciated how easy the whole process was, how professional and friendly Dylan and KT were, and how welcomed we felt as new customers. Thanks to them, we’re confident this is the start of a long relationship with Trustone.

Just opened my first business account the other day with Dylan at the Oakdale branch and it couldn't have been easier. Everyone I talk to at TruStone is pleasant and knowledgeable. Their products are easy to understand, and their mobile banking app is easy to use. I thought about opening my business account elsewhere, but I was told a competitor credit union could not use services like Zelle and Venmo, which would negatively impact my business. I also appreciated that the lobby had kids activities and coffee, although I didn't see any water anywhere.
