I was greeted and taken care of upon arrival, however, I needed to see a banker. I soon sat with KT. He was very helpful, professional, and friendly. When we stopped in, Dylan was extremely helpful and explained the different account options. We decided to wait until after our vacation to get everything set up, and when we came back, the process couldn’t have gone any better. We didn’t have to wait at all, we walked right in, sat down with Dylan, and he made sure everything came together for us. There was a little hiccup, but KT, the branch manager, quickly got that resolved. My wife already had an account with Trustone, but now with the new joint account, we feel set up for success. We really appreciated how easy the whole process was, how professional and friendly Dylan and KT were, and how welcomed we felt as new customers. Thanks to them, we’re confident this is the start of a long relationship with Trustone.
