- KEkarla ecklundOct 28, 20251.0I had put a mobile deposit in for 3600 dollars they are holding it for 14 days made an appointment to meet with banker mark I believe was his name not helpful pretty much blamed me for doing a mobile deposit stated more or less it’s my problem and I should check with the writer of the check they stayed it looked like it had been cashed on their end ! I do not know what Wells Fargo does with our money but here I am waiting for it to credit 14 days later they still have not released the hold I am taking my money and going to gate city bank which is so much better I have banked with wells for 20 plus years and have had nothing but bad luck and port customer service the last few years!
