    I had put a mobile deposit in for 3600 dollars they are holding it for 14 days made an appointment to meet with banker mark I believe was his name not helpful pretty much blamed me for doing a mobile deposit stated more or less it’s my problem and I should check with the writer of the check they stayed it looked like it had been cashed on their end ! I do not know what Wells Fargo does with our money but here I am waiting for it to credit 14 days later they still have not released the hold I am taking my money and going to gate city bank which is so much better I have banked with wells for 20 plus years and have had nothing but bad luck and port customer service the last few years!

    I sat at a nearby food chain today, eating on my lunch break and listened as the drive through teller was chatting it up about personal things and giggling with someone in the drive through for half an hour while the car behind just waited and waited patiently and eventually left. I could hear the whole conversation. It would be good to teach the employees to be respectful of other people’s time so that the drive through lines don’t take forever due to employees wanting to chit chat.

    Worst bank ever they treat there customers very poorly they waste people time horrible bank to go through never again they are 100% terrible

    I waited in line to be helped, the teller said she could help. I smiled and said great! I'd like a money order for this amount. She proceeded to tell me she couldn't help me because she didn't have a pin pad. I stood back in line and waited 5 mins for the same teller to come back and say, 'oh, I guess I can help you. Can I see two forms of id?' I said, I've been banking here for years and you want to see two forms of id? She went on to tell me she couldn't help unless I had two forms of id because she doesn't have a pin pad... The workers obviously need the tools to do their job. I never got my money order because I don't frequently hold two forms of id on me. I went to another location. Ridiculous
