    We just tried to make a deposit inside this branch. The tellers were so rude and slow the person walked out . Decided to go through the drive through. The teller was mocking the customer. The entire time the deposit was trying to be made. She was so rude and condescending she rose the anger of the customer. Made him wait for 2 other customers as he waited.Mocked the customer more. To the point the customer was so angry. She could be rude and act like the customer should be bowing to her because we would like to put our money, cash mind you, into our account. Horrible customer service. Wells Fargo need to deal with their rude , dismissive workers. She held his card and drivers license from the customer. The customer asked for his card and drivers licenses back twice.

    I had to do a wire transfer. Tried to do it on line but there is a limit. Tried to schedule an appointment and first available is Sept 16!!!!!! Called and they said to stop by. I stop by and they said to make an appointment which is not until Sept 16!!! Seriously!!!????

    Yes I believe the reviews, I have been calling for 2 days to setup an appointment but no one ever picks up.

    They are slow at helping you. They never answer emails. Sandra Marino is a horrible personal banker.
