- BGBecky GosiakAug 1, 20251.0We just tried to make a deposit inside this branch. The tellers were so rude and slow the person walked out . Decided to go through the drive through. The teller was mocking the customer. The entire time the deposit was trying to be made. She was so rude and condescending she rose the anger of the customer. Made him wait for 2 other customers as he waited.Mocked the customer more. To the point the customer was so angry. She could be rude and act like the customer should be bowing to her because we would like to put our money, cash mind you, into our account. Horrible customer service. Wells Fargo need to deal with their rude , dismissive workers. She held his card and drivers license from the customer. The customer asked for his card and drivers licenses back twice.
