    Best System infrastructure and Worst Customer Service! I am a loyal customer of Wells Fargo bank both for my personal and business needs since 2005. Hoping I will get a pleasant experience with my new need, I approached their Ridgedale Branch (1809 Plymouth Rd. S. Minnetonka MN 55305) on September 26 2025 along with my wife and met a banker, She reviewed all the documents and sent me back stating that business address verification document is required for creating Business Checking Account. Though I offered to use my home address to use, she was not sure on that. Then I made an appointment with their "business banking expert" Viet Hoa on Oct 3rd for 4 PM. I went there and he reviewed the documents and little after 4:35 PM he said, my account cannot be created just that day as he needs more time and they cannot open account after 5 PM. I even asked if the formalities with my partner be completed that day while I can go back the next week to get this one done. Viet was neither understanding my concern nor making any effort in solving my problem. I raised this concern with the Bank manager and left. I used their online small bank service to get this one created on the same day (October 3rd). Till date (10/15/2025) the account has not been created and I had to follow up multiple times to move this every inch! Pretty Pathetic Customer Service.

    Horrible experience with this Asian teller. They assume you're trying to do check fraud just because of how you look. Managers are also very rude and stand next to the tellers like I'm going to do something. They treat you so badly. I'm definitely going to close my accounts. Their behavior is disgusting.

    The bankers don't seem very interested in helping when you have questions and they almost seem to have some kind of an attitude problem. I felt like the woman I spoke to didn't want to help or thought I was an inconvenience.
