They have the baddest customer service ever they don’t know how to deal with the customers even when I talk to them on the phone, I wanted to ask him about questions about my bank and he hanged up on me on the phone and they never called me back while I was waiting for 40 minute

Pek Ky, a Banker at the branch was extremely helpful in answering all the questions I had about loans and payments and even went further to offer advises on how to better manage many aspects of my finances.

Love Wings overall, but the Chicago Ave location got rid of human tellers, so I wouldn't go to that location again. I happened to be in the area the other day and had $8000 cash to deposit, and an employee told me that it's no problem to put that much as a deposit into the Teller Machines (not ATM, apparently they're called XTM and can handle up to 200 bills at a time). Put in my 80 $100 bills, they were counted, and the machine gave me a message "Your cash has been retained", with no other info about why or even whether it was counted correctly. There wasn't even an amount printed on the receipt it gave me! Obviously, it's not a good feeling to have this happen after putting a large sum of cash in. The face it showed on the screen was similar to my own reaction, so I guess they knew it would be concerning, lol. Spoke to an employee, who had to file a dispute, and the money arrived in my account 3 days later after messaging in the app asking for the status of this case. Luckily, I did not need access to the funds right away, otherwise I could have been in a very tough situation. How does it make sense for a machine to keep your money if it's not able to do the correct action?!
Edit follow up to my original review - Just got a letter from Wings saying that they have "Provisionally credited" my account, pending a full investigation and that they may deduct the $8000 that the machine kept as a result of this investigation. How insane is this system?! If I lose $8000 due to a machine losing my cash I will be closing all of my accounts at Wings and hiring a lawyer. If I had just gone to my normal branch, with actual humans, there is no way I'd ever be in this situation.
Response to the owner response: I won't be visiting a branch where the only option is an "XTM". If Wings does away with tellers entirely, I'll be switching banks.

Do not come here if you are trying to open a hemp/cbd business. They see no difference between something federally legal and federally illegal. Want to open an alcohol retailer? Something also once prohibited? That's fine. Legal cannabinoids that the government approved? That you can buy down the block at the gas station? That's not okay by them. Have contacted the MN DHR and will be reaching out to the US OCR. This is outright discrimination against legitimate business.
