Shut off my card any time I made a purchase. After closing my acount and it taking a week. Then weeks to get back their canceled transaction payments returned in checks they charged me 5 dollars a check without informing me there was a fee on their bad paper!

Ben had a rough review season with the infamous laptop recommendation, so I found myself a bit hesitant. The thing that pushed me to take it was that if I didn't like them, I could always get a refund and get another pair I did like. Boy am I glad I did. These headphones are everything I wanted in a pair of headphones, and I have to say that Ben absolutely nailed it. He handled it quickly, confident, and with the ease and comfort I have come to expect from professionals. For anyone else thinking of asking Ben for tech recommendations, but is hesitating due to a bungled review horror story, don't. I can promise you you will not leave unsatisfied!
