If I could give this horrific branch a zero rating I would. I went in there to provide a legal power of attorney form to be able to assist my father who had a stroke with his finances. The personal banker flat out denied the document, even though I was told multiple times on the phone that I had to go into a branch to show them my forms. She didn’t even look at the document. She denied me when I asked to speak to a manager and said “they aren’t going to be able to do anything either.
I called the corporate number and filed a complaint. They launched an internal review of how the situation was handled and I received an email back, basically with corporate sticking up for this branch.
Secondly, this branch NEVER answers their phone. I ordered foreign currency and they said it would be delivered to this branch the following day and that the branch would call me. It’s been over a week and can’t get ahold of anyone. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s sitting there.
Because of this particular branch, I have switched to a local credit union and I never have been treated better. This branch should be shut down.

Not enough bankers. We had to wait for 45 minutes for one baker to be available. And we have been approached by the temporary manager advising us to go to a different branch.

Audrey was very helpful and kind. She saw I was struggling sorting and counting a bucket full of loose change. If it wasn’t for her, it would have taken me 2 hours.
I only wish every bank had a change sorting machine, to help everyone in need.

My experience with Wells Fargo has only been at this location and another one a few years ago. As a former manager at a bank I'm aware of some things that the general public probably isn't aware of. I've always had great service at this branch. From what I've seen Wells has come a long way in not pushing accounts and services as hard as they used to. I've only been coming in to the branch as a part of my job these past several months. Only once has someone given a soft push to ask a question to see if I'd be interested in an account. That's when I was needed something notarized. It was a very under the radar sort of question. I appreciate that. I want to give a shout out to Symone. She's the consummate professional .... always creating a welcoming atmosphere and having a bright smile on her face. She knows her stuff too. I've had some nice chit chat with her while she takes care of transactions. I appreciate the service and smile she gives when I'm there (and the compliments on my brown coat ;-) ).
