- LPLark pJul 28, 20252.0It seems Wells Fargo higher ups have decided to replace perfectly fine ATM’s with ones that 1. Are mostly out of service 2. The one in service, doesn’t actually work 3. Cannot accept checks and cash at the same time, whereas the old ones had no problem doing so I am basically an errand boy for a small business and was there to deposit company checks, I have done this using the workers before with no problem. Today, however, I found out they have completely changed their process so that I needed to either know the last four digits of my employers ssn or fill out a completely random form. I understand the commitment to security but it made it impossible to do my job before the bank closed. Place has basically gone downhill.

- KKKirbi KiddSep 17, 20221.0Here on a Saturday and they are SLOW! Only open 4 hours on Saturday and the tellers need help with transaction which extends every transaction done. Only two windows open and an appts have to be made prior arrival if you need anything other than to cash a check. I’ve been here 30 minutes and still waiting for the supervisor to cash my check.

Wells Fargo wouldn't take the coins unless they were already rolled. I'm like, what? I went across the street to US Bank where I have a mortgage and they were happy to take my coins. WF missed out on $355 of coins. Their loss my gain. Found out later Coinstar will process your coins and give you an Amazon gift card with no fees. Not quite the same as cash but if you shop with Amazon it could be a good deal.
