My mom and I stop there to do a electronic transfer deposit I specified the manager there the founds has to be transferred as soonest possible because it was a urgent matter this morning we when to USC office and they informed us that hey haven’t received the money so they send us back to the bank to get a cashier check instead when we get the the branch the manager Ali Aden Suleiman has denied on proving the cashier check since now he said that will be a wait time up to 7 days to get the money we had deposited cash to be able to do the transfer and we had tell him is an urgent matter which he said I understand you but I can’t help you now you have to wait and he said I don’t have anything else to do with you leave my office he was rude and he put my family in a hard situation he definitely don’t understand what is an urgent matter he definitely don’t understand how the kids can suffer when they don’t have dad on home he definitely don’t understands that his dad getting back home can safe his children life he definitely don’t understand how many families are suffering right now because some families are been separated not because they are criminals or something most of the families are facing a situation where even when they are legal in this country by mistake ICE is taking everyone who cross on front I feel so disappointed with this guy he don’t deserve to have a position as a manager in a bank he was not human an polite. Instead on looking for solutions he kicked me outs from his office very rude and unprofessional.

Of course, they were busy on a Friday afternoon but not worse than any other bank. The teller was friendly and even apologized for the wait.
