It’s so peaceful in this Wells that every time I’m there I think about starting a career in banking lol. Today Tina was my teller, and she was wonderful, so kind and helpful, even as I juggled my 10 month old son. Thanks Tina!

- KCKathleen CollierMay 12, 20161.0The so-called manager there, Luis, is a joke. He walks around acting like a bigshot and not really doing anything. I had a SERIOUS teller error that needed to be corrected. I went in last Friday 6 May 2016 to get it corrected. After giving me the "run-around" for 20? minutes, Luis finally came by to speak to me and the bank employee who was helping me. He ASSURED me of a callback on Monday 9 May with a correction on my account. Today is Thursday 12 May and I have heard NOTHING. So here I go AGAIN, a 3 bus 1+hour trip to Wells Fargo, where I will plant myself firmly in a chair in the lobby until my problem is not only addressed but solved. The arrogance and lack of empathy this so called manager showed me was incomprehensible. Perhaps after today I may be able to write a favorable? review but at this point, I highly doubt it. My advice? Stand up for your rights and your money and don't give up/settle for anything less then 100% satisfaction.
