It had already been a frustrating day running errands, with lots of poor customer service, including another bank I had been to. When I stopped in this branch for the first time ever I was pleasantly surprised. I was there to make a deposit and the teller was friendly, efficient and helpful. Even though I didn't have business with the other two workers they went out of their way to greet me and smile. What a difference that makes! Please reward and enforce this kind of service!
