In March, they tell me my deposit would only take two days… it took so long that I almost got evicted and my vehicle repossessed. skip to September have to argue with these fools over my own money and when I’m asked to provide a timeline I start to and then I’m told they don’t want my life story. What do you mean? You asked me for a timeline to prove transactions and whether they were justifiable or not?! Why was I asked for a timeline and to explain just to be talked to that way. I have my money in your financial institution. How does that constitute being talked to like that? Maybe I caught the guy having a bad day, but I was trying to answer the man’s question… so for putting my money in your financial institution I deserved that? Seriously looking at another financial institution over being treated that way customer service; better off, looking at online banking, and not having to deal with anybody in my opinion. I still don’t know if I paid said transaction(auto insurance) once or twice that month. I’m waiting to hear back from the (insurance agent) because I couldn’t even get that far with the customer service agent at my bank(well for now unless I could find a better one) Unfortunate to be talked to you that way over something that’s mine in the first place I was just trying to understand. The funds weren’t the big deal just whether I paid twice or not was more of the issue as long as I didn’t double pay then it wasn’t a big deal, but the guy never let me get to that point before saying he didn’t want to hear my life story after he asked me for a timeline and the call was escalated from the regular customer service agent to someone with supervisory/more experience and that’s how I was treated …ugh. Do better if you care about your clientele or customer service . Even if the outcome is not necessarily with the customer wants to hear you should not talk to them that way . It is no different than driving a work vehicle down the highway and then given someone the naughty fingers/telling them they’re number one you’re driving a billboard or your representing a company. Nothing excuses that sort of professionalism will just say . this is some of the reason that people appreciate small business and local rather than big business situation such as this . just saying . The little guy treats you like you would want to be treated… not just another call coming in . I usually go into the bank and speak with the banker rather than calling customer service that never ends up the same way as this I guess I shouldn’t call customer service if I want to be treated like my business is appreciated more than when calling customer support (my opinion) If I could give less than one star I would this post is only my opinion/experience I guess and it makes me sad because I’ve been banking with them since at least 2012 . I am also one of those people if I find a good doctor/dentist/bank. I usually stick with that, but I’m not sure in this case anymore I don’t feel like they care… why would you ask me for a timeline then tell me you don’t wanna hear my life story who deserves to be talked to that way I don’t. I just wanted to understand if I paid insurance on my auto policy twice or once that month, which was more the issue than the actual funds… sometimes a customer just wants to be heard out so they can get to a point … customer service support subpar my opinion could be better … listen, be a little more of an active listener and a teeny bit more empathetic when you asked the darn question provoking said Answer that you thought it was OK to say something like that you’re supposed to be a professional a manager!?! what the world was that definitely not something I deserved when I’m trusting your institution with my money and I just wanted to understand again if I double paid for my auto insurance or if there was only one transaction that month which mind you I have to call auto agent to figure out because I couldn’t find out from my own financial institution … do better, my goodness … just wanted to know what was going on with my money !

I read some reviews and expected the service to be bad, but it was actually great! Mary took care of me, she was nice, quick, and very attentive.

I hope you like waiting. Plan on 15ish minutes for something as simple as picking up foreign currency you stopped in days earlier to order. They call to say it's been delivered, but, then due to limited staffing, you have to wait 10-15 minutes... even though there are other workers walking around behind the tellers, too get your currency. Make sure your feed the meters fir at least 30ish minutes if you plan on stopping in. Is ridiculous how long this branch takes to service is customers. Needless to say... you should probably just find a better bank/branch as this one is ridiculously long in its wait times.
