From the moment I walked in, she created a welcoming, professional environment. Stasia took the time to listen to my financial needs and provided thoughtful, tailored advice. Her knowledge of banking products and her calm, confident demeanor gave me full trust in the services offered. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is clear and handled efficiently. Stasia leads with professionalism and genuine care. It’s rare to find a bank manager so approachable, competent, and solution-oriented. Highly recommend this branch, and a big thank you to Stasia for setting the gold standard in customer service!
- HHHassanJul 8, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Wells Fargo location due to the conduct of the manager. While I was there to complete some transactions, I witnessed a manager speaking harshly and loudly to a Somali woman who clearly did not speak English well. The woman was distressed and explaining that she believed she had been scammed and that her money was taken. Instead of offering assistance or showing empathy, the manager insisted she needed to make an appointment to see a banker, without making any effort to help or guide her. The lack of compassion and professionalism shown by the manager is unacceptable, and it’s the reason I will not be returning to this branch.

The ATM in the lobby is locked up tight, and both drive-up ATM kiosks are out of cash, because apparently the CEO of Wells spent it all? Another great reason to never bank with WF.

When I needed help with paper work I clearly didn't understand and was having a hard time she laughed at my face while rewriting my P.O.A. paper and printing it out saying she couldn't help. Lovely customer service Wells Fargo.
