- AAaaronDec 4, 20251.0Always the worst part of any day is going into this hellacape of a bank. Lines out the door. ATMs not working. Staff lounging around not helping. If you need any help just use your phone app or call customer service, because that’s what they will tell you to do after waiting in line. Much easier to use a competitors ATM and pay the fee to get your own money out.

Her knowledge of banking products and her calm, confident demeanor gave me full trust in the services offered. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is clear and handled efficiently. Stasia leads with professionalism and genuine care. It’s rare to find a bank manager so approachable, competent, and solution-oriented. Seriously, how much more profit is the company really gaining from getting rid of this popular service? Never mind all the unauthorized accounts low level employees were pressured to create in order to satisfy greed at the corporate level. Wells Fargo is a bad member of our local, state, and national communities. All this company wants to do is take, take, take.

Whenever I've needed to speak with a banker they do their best to get me exactly what I need in a short amount of time. All of our conversations have been very pleasant and nice, but brief. Again, they respect the fact that I'm not there for a cup of coffee and a conversation, and that means a lot to me.
