- CCcourtlandt canadyDec 31, 20251.0Called to see what I could do about a payment I was short on cash because my job did not give me enough hours over Christmas and did not pay me for those days. Well the first person was really nice then I got to the collections person who wanted to sit and make fun of my payment history and basically say I ant been making my payments when we had an issue with the auto payments at first and can clearly see the payment was made immediately after. Want to be very rude about it and tell me theres nothing they can do and no supervisor is available. You dont know what people go thru in there life to crap on them over that when you work there its really none of your business. I make my payments on time this one time due to life im not able to and yall have no options to help me what a great place to get loan from. Lesson learned know your bank before that and will not come back to you guys plus will let my friends know. Probably should train your people to be more human and humble i dont need your opinions. Lana was the one that was not professional on the phone and proceeded to tell me I dont know how to pay my car on time. You dont own the bank so why on earth thats coming out your mouth idk. But clearly it seems im not the only one that have had a problem with this individual as you can see on these reviews.

A little bit of levity with a good portion of professionalism had me set up and out the door in no time. Even though the rain started coming down harder, my mood was brightened for having such a good experience. Thank you.
