    This is the best customer service I’ve ever received. Both Caroline and Jim did an excellent job in helping me open up a new account. Amazing customer service from these two. Can’t wait to bring in more people to join the team. Phenomenal team!

    It seems as if they're stealing my money, transactions take forever to go through, customers say its the banks doing and the bank says its the customers, then I'm hit with a ODP. Enough is enough I'm finding a new bank.

    The staff at this TruStone location are generally wonderful, and I appreciate their helpfulness. However, I had a disappointing experience with Lana, one of the bank tellers. I came in to deposit two checks, and while she was processing the transaction, it seemed she encountered an issue. When I asked what was going on, she responded rudely. As more time passed and the issue persisted, I asked again and was met with an even harsher tone. In a customer-facing role, clear and respectful communication is requirement of the job. I’m grateful for the other team members who consistently provide excellent service, but Lana was horrible.
