We have been so impressed by the outstanding customer service we've received from Xavion over the past four months. From setting up our joint checking account, to applying for a credit card and securing an auto loan, Xavion has guided us through every step with exceptional care and professionalism. His dedication and willingness to go above and beyond during the auto loan process specifically really stood out to us. Thanks to Xavion, we feel confident and supported in our financial journey, and will continue coming back to this location for any future banking needs.
- CRCody RienstraJun 25, 20251.0Terrible first time (and last time ever) experience at this location, and ultimately with TruStone Financial Credit Union as a company! Moreover; when my partner and I entered, we got the vibe that we weren’t welcome and weren’t supposed to be there even though we arrived before closing time at 5:00 PM, at around 4:40 PM, Tuesday, June 24th. We had the displeasure of working with Yana. We were trying to deposit or cash a check into one of our accounts, for reasons she refused to explain and completely ignored my partner’s request to have the funds deposited into my partner’s account. If that was not ludicrous enough she then proceeded to order us to bank at your competitor, US Bank. With which we gladly obliged to and took our business there, and by stark contrast we were treated exceptionally well and they even asked why we weren’t allowed by Yana, to cash or deposit our check at TruStone especially when one of us had an active account. The transaction at US Bank went smoothly and we decided that TruStone does not meet basic customer service requirements and we will most certainly close our accounts immediately. On the other hand; the best recommendations I can make for any financial institutions are Fidelity Investments, Wings Credit Union and US Bank. To be straightforward and honest, those three financial institutions are far more elite compared to the mediocrity of TruStone.
