    Poorly administered mortgage refinance application from the beginning through to the end when I received my funds. I requested a call back from supervisor Donna Benson and did not hear back. Not a transparent experience. Pass.

    The new color scheme + name “Blaze” are awful and ugly. I know I speak for everyone when I say that. I miss when it was Hiway! Love the staff though and in general, I’ve been satisfied as a member. But I hate the color and name so much that I had to leave a review.

    Updating my review to say that my issues have been resolved. The person that I thought was April at the University location was not, she doesn’t work in that location. I assumed it was her because of the tellers reaction when I gave her name. After this review, I was contacted and within 24 hours my account has been opened. The paperwork had not been forwarded, but I am happy with how quickly they resolved things. Hopefully there won’t be any further issues. At the beginning of the summer I attempted to open an account at this location. It was an interesting process to say the least. I did everything for the online process and submitted all requested documents. Because I’d recently moved here and hadn’t yet change my license, I submitted a copy of my lease. But I received an email from April stating that I would need to come into the branch to complete the process. The purpose of doing it online was because I work during their open hours, but ok. I took off one morning and went in. And this is where it got bizarre. April wouldn’t even speak to me. I could see her in her office sitting at her desk, but I had to go through a teller that had to keep walking around to April’s office and delivering messages back and forth. At this point I’d updated my license and also brought in my lease, insurance info, and other supporting documents as detailed on the website. The teller informed me that they’d made copies of all of my documents and they’d reach out when it was time to make a deposit. That was it. No explanation of their process. April wouldn’t speak to me directly. And I’ve not heard a thing from them since and that was over a month ago. I’ve never had such a strange experience at any bank. I’ve opened account all at once, made my deposit, and at most may have had to wait for my card to come in the mail. So this process was very strange. But the behavior of April the banker was really just disrespectful and dismissive. I honestly wouldn’t have completed opening the account after this experience just because I could only imagine how difficult communication with them would be going forward. My concern is what in the world they did with all of my information.
