  To Whom It May Concern; This is not my 1st complaint against Wells Fargo. I'm sure it won't be the last! The past couple years dealing with this establishment has been nothing short of a nightmare! Again, Wells Fargo does not honor stop payments. They LIE, and say they do. They will take your $40.00 to say and supposedly process the stop payment. In which they NEVER DO IT! Allowing you to get fees in your account and go more in the negative balance. Wells Fargo also REFUSES to change my last name. And updating it due to the fact I got married 2 years ago! Wells Fargo lies and says that I never went into the branch to do this. I suggest that they check the damn cameras! I went in there 3 times to try and do this. And yet AGAIN, Wells Fargo refuses to correct this. The first 2 times I spoke with bankers at the Maplewood location on McKnight Ave. And the 3rd time was the branch manager themself, All of whom REFUSE to update my information. Might I add that the lobby wait times are horrible and the customer service is even worse! Wells Fargo claims to offer a service, where you ARE to get paid 2 days earlier on your payroll if it's a direct deposit from your employer. Another one of Wells Fargo's many LIES!!! I go round and round with Wells Fargo on this matter. Having to constantly call them to process my direct deposit payroll. (Does anyone at Wells Fargo actually work? That really doesn't seem to be the case! Seems to only have bottom feeders, who do nothing but take up space and use up oxygen.) Lastly, you can no longer get designer checks from Wells Fargo. They only offer one style and that's it. And AGAIN Wells Fargo LIES about having more to choose from. So lesson learned for me, I WILL NEVER ORDER CHECKS FROM WELLS FARGO EVER AGAIN! Wells Fargo never addresses complaints nor do they care at all about their customers. I have banked with Wells Fargo well over 30 years, I suggest something gets done about these issues at once! I have also gone to the atternity general and the news stations. I will make sure that I am heard and that Wells Fargo will not be treating anyone else this way. It is completely disgraceful and will not be tolerated! Kimber Whitman-Marzano

  Out of everyone we dealt with throughout our mom’s death and wrapping up her estate, Anh Kim To was the most kind and compassionate. In addition, she was truly supportive, sharing her knowledge and helping us make good decisions. She was a bright light during a dark time.

  Get rid of Penny! I am actually speaking with lawyers on how to handle the treatment my husband and I received at this bank! Penny made me and my husband feel worthless and treated us as if we were scammers and robbers she’s was a major tool. Then the states and whispers was obnoxious and the fake emergency phone call we knew was about us! I will never forget how we were made to feel

  Weird bank they told me they couldn’t accept Pennies as is and that I had to put them in pouches because they don’t have coin counter like how does a whole bank not have a coin counter

  Poor customer service. Wait time is ridiculous, and bankers in there are rude and lack adequate communication skills. They called me in to sign a correction document and ended waiting for an hour for a mistake they did and had me to come in on my extra time to finish this. Absolutely ridiculous.
