  I was running late to my appointment as I mapped to the wrong Wells Fargo. I tried calling twice but no one picked up. The two Indian ladies working at the bank did not answer the phone. Then as I came in and apologized they continued to talk about me being late right in front of me. I understand my tardiness was wrong but you don’t need to talk down about your customer when they can hear you. I apologized to Scott and he helped me within minutes. Scott told me I could cash my checks but when I went to the Indian woman she denied my checks. Very rude staff! Not customer friendly!!

  Can't ever get anyone on the phone. I don't want an appt until I ask a couple questions about loans. Why waste the banks time and mine if the type of loan I want isn't possible

  Very rude and incompetent staff. I was closing my stores retail location permanently and we are required to deposit our drawer fund to the bank. Our corporation had our location contracted with this Wells Fargo for local banking. We carried about $250 of actual cash and about $50 of miscellaneous coins in the store. I pulled into the drive thru to deposit the cash, and the Indian teller with glasses gave me a weird look when she opened the bag and called over her manager. Her manager, sort of a younger, messy and heavy set gal, then got on the intercom and started to interrogate me as to why I had the audacity to try to deposit this many coins. I said that my store is closing and I needed to make a final deposit for our drawer fund. She kept repeating as to why I was depositing so many coins. Now, there were certainly a decent amount of coins, but definitely not an overwhelming amount. It all fit in one blue deposit bag. She proceeded to tell me that I should have self wrapped the coins into coin rolls and that they don’t have a coin counter there. How are the hell Am I supposed to know that? Our company doesn’t provide us with those and neither does the bank in regards to the coin rolls. What bank of this size doesn’t have a coin counter? Most grocery stores have you beat at this point. Then they said they would do it this once and only once and I could never do it again As if I just committed a felony. I said not a problem. This will actually be my very last deposit at this location as I’ve mentioned to you several times. They proceeded to roll their eyes and count the coins together. Evidently it takes three employees to count some petty change. They were smirking Likely making fun of me But I couldn’t tell what they were saying because they turned the intercom off. Incredibly unprofessional location and you should really look into the staffing at this Branch and think about making a change. At this point I would never bank at Wells Fargo.
