- MMMD MadlDec 29, 20251.0You should constantly be shoveling the pavement where drive up ATMS are! My GF just drove through and because of ice, my sideview driver mirror slid & hit the ATM. 5:11 pm approximately on 12/29/2025! There’s a scratch! Who does my GF contact? You are paying for it

The two Indian ladies working at the bank did not answer the phone. Then as I came in and apologized they continued to talk about me being late right in front of me. I understand my tardiness was wrong but you don’t need to talk down about your customer when they can hear you. I apologized to Scott and he helped me within minutes. Scott told me I could cash my checks but when I went to the Indian woman she denied my checks. Very rude staff! Not customer friendly!!
