I was with a different credit union for over 20 years and unfortunately ended up closing all my accounts due to poor customer service. However, Wings has always been fantastic and I highly recommend this financial institution to others!

Yes, there is a person who can pop up on the screen, but that is still impersonal and the screens are VERY close to each other. Someone could easily just watch you complete your transaction. It's obviously an attempt to save money by reducing customer service. Sad.

The credit union is no longer on the side of its members, its now a business and they want to make money on their "members" however they can. Should be renamed to "Wings Bank".
