- NKNate K5 days ago1.0The customer service at this location is terrible. Walk into a empty desk. If you need to talk to banker you write you name on a list with no expected wait time and privacy. Last time I was here after waiting for 15 minutes I had a banker tell me that I "might as well just leave" as he did not have time to talk with me about a loan as they closed soon. I understand about closing but no "can I contact you as soon as we reopen the following day and we would be glad to help you". Thanks for the service Corey! Good luck talking to a teller as they only have ATM Tellers which do not offer much privacy and limited services. To the icing on the cake is called the manger to talk about my experience. Not surprised I got no response. I will be paying off my improvement loan and start moving account soon as they don't seem to want my business anymore.

I was with a different credit union for over 20 years and unfortunately ended up closing all my accounts due to poor customer service. However, Wings has always been fantastic and I highly recommend this financial institution to others!

I am quite happy with the my interest rate and easy online access. I made deposits and the interest I make each month is added back to my account. I pay no fees and get 1 free money order a day. I haven't experienced a difficult employee yet, and Hailey is especially professional.
