I deposited a $70,000 check into my account, left the branch, and then, while on the phone with the 1-800 number, discovered they had reversed the deposit without my permission and without me being present. When I returned to the branch, I found my check sitting there unsecured. They then attempted to persuade me to take the check to another location, even though I couldn’t do that since the check was already signed and stamped by them.
