  I recently visited the branch in Maple Grove, MN, and had a fantastic experience. The branch is clean, and well-organized. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I was assisted quickly, and they got back to me right away with the information I needed. Overall, a great experience—I’d definitely recommend this branch for its excellent service.

  Update Leslie calls two minutes after I send customer care email to apologize uses the word sincerely a half a dozen times in the most insincere tone. I don’t accept mostly because I know she only calling me now because I sent a email if had never sent one I don’t think I would ever got a call. I told her this and she lied again saying she wanted to let the dust settle. I then asked if you wanted to let the dust settle why would you call me two minutes after I send a customer care email she didn’t even answer just repetitively saying I’m sorry for your inconvenience like a machine. I then stated I’m not mad about the inconvenience I’m mad about the lies she then left the conversation without giving me a response. So unprofessional

  Love that they added a new location since my business is in brooklyn park and this is way closer. Have a little bit of an issue with doing change orders. I always get loose cash and no bags to transport large amounts of cash. I had to stuff all of the cash in my sweatshirt when walking into my office. Also I wish they had a way to wrap the cash in an organized fashion rather than rubber bands. Sarah and Andrew are super nice and helpful. Please get them the supplies they need.
