I will be moving my loan elsewhere and will never return. My experience with Gary Stevenson and several of his team members was extremely disappointing. When I called to make a loan payment, I was shocked to be told to "call back the next day" rather than being helped immediately. This is unacceptable for any financial institution, especially one handling customers' loans. Good luck, guys.
