Then tell you she only has 30 mins to help like she is doing you a favor. I did all the work on the charges that were made. She just had to make sure I did and help to block them to make charges. She did neither. I left more frustrated than when I came in.

Do better for your customers because I have asked for assistance to make this easier and have been shot down every time.
