- GGGoo GleAug 13, 20251.0Went in for quarters. Told me to come inside by a window with drawers. Fine no problem, I come inside and the young gal with blonde hair proceeded to give me the quarters without validating I’d or proper withdrawal steps. Was very rude and argumentative. The drive through gal ment to say swing around and come through the commercial drive through. Please hire people that have the ability to not be rude with customers. So my issue was the gal inside not so much the person doing the drive through.

Their own staff just directs you to other locations because being dysfunctional is now routine. In the last year there has never been more than one working counter or less than two waiting customers with such slow help times that line leavers move you forward faster then their service. The worst part, however, is when up to four people are behind the counters and three are bantering like its a breakroom as one teller serves a line of 10 people.
