Was told the first day it'd be 7-10 days. 12 days later I'm told they basically forgot and it'll be another 7-10 days. 10+ days later I email and no response. Just sent another one now, and it's been a total of 30+ days and still no refund and it won't even count towards my next months bill. During COVID-19, it's not cool to take an additional 150$ out of someone's account and not prioritize returning that person's money upon not 1 but 4 requests.
