- RHR HOct 18, 20251.0WF doesn't care about its regular customers nor its employees, which leads to poor interactions between ees & customers and overall awful, sometimes detrimental, service. The WF "SocialCare" bot that replies to these accurate reports of truly terrible business practices is junk -- just cheap, insincere, performative crap from a company that raised its CEO's compensation to $33,000,000 in 2024. Oh, yeah, then there's WF's long, well-documented history of de facto racist policies & differential treatment of customers, ees, & applicants by race, ethnicity, gender, etc. Stay away. Though, if you're a 1%-er, your experience may vary. @SocialCareBot: Do not reply.

Wells Fargo is one of the worst banks in the country but I've stuck with them for years because I didn't feel like memorizing a new account and routing number but the abysmal staff at this location has finally pushed me into searching for a bank with better rates (which won't be hard to find) and finally leaving the God forsaken company.
