Jeremy was young in the business compared to the adviser I had been working with but the experience so far couldn't be better. Jeremy has helped me in not only with my investments but also with getting loans paid off and still having a budget to enjoy life! I am so pleased with the work he has done and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

- KHKatie HedemanMay 3, 20171.0We've had an awful experience trying to close out my mother's accounts with Jeremy and his team. This was one of dozens of companies that we worked with to close things out, and was the only negative experience we had. There is a lack of followup (and for some reason an aversion to leaving voicemails), a disregard for her beneficiary designation (they required me to set up a whole new trust with Edward Jones instead of directing the funds to the trust that was already in place at her local bank), and even today there continue to be hoops to jump through. We were advised this duplicate account could be closed out as soon as it was set up and that it was just a formality, but this was not completed as promised. And now, Jeremy's office is no longer able to assist with closing it out - we have to wait to be contacted by someone else at Edward Jones. We are so disappointed in this experience, and would recommend seeking financial advice/assistance/etc elsewhere. We've had so many positive experiences with other financial institutions - Vanguard, Thrivent, State Farm, etc. We would not recommend working with Jeremy Sammons or Edward Jones.
