They have put our financial stability in a state of instability due to their lack of caring and concern for their customers. I haven't had many issues with them until now, but this issue is big enough for us to switch banks. If you want a company that doesn't give a 2 craps about you, Wells Fargo is the place. We have been banking with them for over 20 years and their responses have made us question why have we been with them for so long!!!! Worst customer care/service ever! The managers don't know how to care for customers and their employees could care less if you're a customer. SHUT IT DOWN!!!
