- MMMattSep 25, 20243.0Great bank, horrible notary. Wouldn't let us use notary services for a self-proving will. They claimed they can not legally prove if I was of sound mind. Well guess what? THAT'S NOT YOUR JOB! You only have to witness the signature. Had a lawyer confirm that. Got to be honest, Wells Fargo in general is only great if you do not have to go inside often. I like that I can do almost everything online, including mobile deposits. Otherwise, I would stay away. *In response to your reply, not going to happen because I was told it's policy. I think some of you need to re-look at your policy on notary services. Clearly, somebody is interpreting something wrong.

- BABen AndersonApr 16, 20111.0I have a few complaints about this establishment. 1. Everyone who works as a teller in the lobby is an 18-25 year old girl and attractive. It's noticeable and discriminating. 2. Their fees are ridiculous and unjustifiable. 3. Upon realizing it was time for a new bank, I went in to close my accounts, and even after verbally confirming the balances to be withdrawn, they shorted me $5 so I incurred a $34 overdraft fee. I sat their for almost an hour trying to explain something so plain on paper and get my money back. I do not recommend this establishment. On top of all that, it's also really busy, so good luck on your after work visit.
