I now make trips to hibbing to continue my banking with her. She's so patient and kind, takes her time to explain and helps you in every way she can to make your banking a better experience.

You could go to a bank personally know the banker there they knew you, Some of them still do but you could go there once a day just to put your tips into your account and they want to get an ID from you even though when you get there hand them your banking card and they personally say your name and say hi you still have to take an ID out. It’s like they want you to use The Teller machine outside, which is actually more personal nowadays because they don’t ask for your ID also.

He is sooo nice and polite and he answers all my questions and helps me as much as he can. And doesn't rush me and he is never rude. Dominic should be employee of the year and get a big raise. He is amazing.....thank you Dominic for helping me and my mom when we need help. Don't ever change. So when you go to Wells Fargo ask for Dominic....
- ADAndrew DowlingAug 17, 20211.0TERRIBLE bank. The blonde teller lady needs to be fired. Middle aged. Works at 3pm short hair. EXTREMELY rude. Not to mention. Wallet was stolen. Went to cash my check they said no. Even tho it has my photo and all my info and I showed them my social security card and a price of mail with my info as well. Still wouldn't cash. So I had to drive all the way to Grand Rapids just to cash my check. Cashed out fine with that stuff not a question asked. And they were way more respectful in Rapids as well. That lady needs to lose her job for real. Will def be contacting corporate. I was very respectful to her. Didn't deserve to be treated like that!! (Edit). Forgot. Asked to speak to her manager as well. Well that didn't happen either. Kept questioning me why I needed to. Ect
