    New to this bank . The one star definitely stems from the customer side of things . Took me 2 hours to setup overdraft coverage on my account a couple of days ago . I walked 2 miles to make a purchase for my daughter (the entire reason I setup the overdraft .) it was declined . I called to ask why , and they simply said the purchase is at the banks discretion . Now according to customer service , there’s no policy , no faq, no guidelines whatsoever whether or not someone’s purchase goes through or not . That is a shady shady thing . I’ve never heard of such a thing from a legitimate company , much less a financial institution. Just a big waste of time honestly . I was at first alliance , and will be taking my business there soon . For all of those people who are wondering , it’s not worth switching . Wells Fargo hides their discretion in the shadows . Good luck to anyone dealing with the backsides company .

    Visited the Hastings, MN location for the first time today and Lisa is an absolute gem! One of the best human interactions I’ve ever had and also took care of my notary needs.

    I had a lot of questions regarding my account and setting one up for my son and I talked to Tyler White and he was absolutely AMAZING. I don't have enough good things to say!!! Great experience. I'm a paranoid mom and he talked me throw everything and all my options. Even went above and beyond and answered questions that didn't deal with my account directly. Obviously well trained and knowledgeable. He definitely cares about his job and the customers. This guy deserves a raise! Thank you for such an amazing experience with this bank location. Other locations have been a nightmare for me!

    This is a bank that will not take money. Brought in a jar of change and bills. They said they've gotten rid of their change machine and will only take full rolls.
