    I specifically chose Wells Fargo because they also have branches in Southern California where my family lives. I was very hesitant because I’ve heard so many people complaining about WF in general. Now that I’ve had my account there for a year and a half, I am very happy with their service. Both in the branch and online/mobile features. I rarely have to wait in line, every teller is friendly, courteous and helpful. Honestly, the service at this branch far exceeded my expectations and is one of the best banking experiences I have ever had.

    This branch definitely could use improvement. The teller line is always slow, they make a lot of errors, and they are rude - specifically a teller named Quinn. Instead of getting our change order for us she tells us we need to go get it inside, she barks orders about how we should do our deposits, and even one time she messed up our change order and when I called to let her know she replied "oh well you didn't write it down on the paper! You can come back and pick it up! (My order was shorted) I then told her I couldn't come back since I had to open my store; I informed her I could have someone come pick it up once I was double covered and she replied ok n hung up!! They do not process drop box deposits in a timely manner(in another incident Quinn told me "oh we don't process those till the next business day no one ever told you that!?!) (so rude); I have even gone in to pick it up and have offered to wait for them to process it while I'm there and they refused!! They expected me to come back instead of helping me then and there. Monday's are busy business days - I've never been to a bank that doesn't prepare for this. Usually bankers will come in and get those done right away so businesses can pick up and be on their way. I have walked in before at 915 am and they still hadn't even pulled them out!! I have waited in a long line while I've watched the head teller stand there and talk to other workers. They are very non-personal, every person gets the same script greeting and they simply do not go out of their way to provide great customer service. During the last 3 years that I have banked with this Wells Fargo there have been only a few helpful and kind people here, one is Tony, who isn't even a teller but helped me in a crunch and the 2 others no longer work there. They need to get some personable and positive people in there who focus on customer service.
