  The branch manager Connor Lynch is the worst person ever he shouldn’t have a job after how he treated me and the elderly lady I brought there. All I was trying to do was close an account for her and she even had multiple forms of identification as well and listed off her social security number, but he made her memorize her address of the top of her head even though she didn’t remember it. She started reading off the piece of mail she had with the address on it and said that wasn’t allowed. He was literally doing whatever he could to make sure we couldn’t close out the account with them even though she already gave them more than enough information. He said he would contact us about a creative solution about how we could close the account soon, but proceeds to go behind our backs and reports us to the state about how I was trying to steal her money even though I was doing nothing but being helpful and providing any information that was asked. When we got in the car she said the experience made her sick to her stomach. Connor is very fake and manipulative. Please never bank with this branch.

  Connor and Susmita were so good to me! They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using this brand new location.

  We were there yesterday to get a cashier’s check for a car purchase, and Lilly was the one who helped us. She was professional, polite, and incredibly patient, especially with my mother, who isn’t a native English speaker. We’re really grateful she was there to made the whole process so much easier :)

  Absolute trash service. I have a dispute that says the company I am paying my bills to are not being paid. They are paid every month through Wells Fargo. You going to ask for assistance to get this resolved they say they can not do anything for me. Wells Fargo has no customer service. They made sure they were covered and pretty much said go to a library and print off what you need. I bank with you, you should be able to print off my proof. I will be changing banks as soon as possible. I have had. Nothing but issues with Wells Fargo. All they will do is hold your money, but once you have an issue or a dispute you have to work for yourself to resolve it with, you are on your own. They can not print you anything???? Your my bank, you have my records. no help from anyone at any branch location ever.
