She was professional, polite, and incredibly patient, especially with my mother, who isn’t a native English speaker. We’re really grateful she was there to made the whole process so much easier :)

You going to ask for assistance to get this resolved they say they can not do anything for me. Wells Fargo has no customer service. They made sure they were covered and pretty much said go to a library and print off what you need. I bank with you, you should be able to print off my proof. I will be changing banks as soon as possible. I have had. Nothing but issues with Wells Fargo. All they will do is hold your money, but once you have an issue or a dispute you have to work for yourself to resolve it with, you are on your own. They can not print you anything???? Your my bank, you have my records. no help from anyone at any branch location ever.

Then they billed me for something they said they would not bill me for and than was very hard to get a hold of someone to talk to.
