  Tiffany J. helped us open several new accounts, open a safe deposit box, issue new credit and debit cards. We were relocating our business from another Twin Cities credit union after 30 years, and Tiffany made the complicated process pleasant and efficient. She reinforced we made the right decision to relocate our business to TruStone.

  I am so grateful for such an experienced Personal Banker, Tiffany, here at Trustone. She gave me such great info for investing in my future. She was also fun as well as so knowledgeable. We need more people like her!

  Today was my worst experience with Trustone. I have been a member since I was a kid for over 50 years. And though there have been changes most of them not for the good. I wanted to get into my credit union safety deposit box. And last time I was here they told me to make an appointment. So Ok, today I did. I come in at 1 o’clock , my appointment time. Asked for help and was told to get in line. Stand in line for 15 minutes. That couldn’t be helped it was busy. When I get to the teller she says I will check you in.he says to go sit in that office I went and sat in that office for 20 minutes. Finally, a nice gal coming back from lunch says I can’t be in her office. I need to wait somewhere else and wait for a banker. I explained that I’ve already been here waiting and she said it didn’t matter. I ended up leaving without being able to get to my safety deposit box. But the next time I come back, I will be closing it.

  Tiffany Judge was so welcoming the most welcoming banker I’ve ever encountered. She was very personable and made sure when we opened our membership that we were able to take advantage of the best rates and services. 4% on a checking account is incredible. They frantically is very patient and knowledgeable. My opinion she deserves a raise. Thank you so much Tiffany!

  "I cannot recommend Tiffany Judge of Trustone financial highly enough. Most banks are great when things are going well, but you find out who they really are when things get complicated. I ran into a significant hurdle with job loss and finances, and the Tiffany stepped up in a way I’ve never seen in the industry. She was proactive, creative with solutions, and genuinely invested in finding me a temporary solution for me to weather the storm, and for that she’ve earned a customer for life.
